Glenelg has been strengthened by the return of two skillful midfielders for its game against Adelaide on Saturday.

Marlon Motlop has been named at half-forward after missing last round due to work while Brad Close will play his first Macca’s League match since injuring his knee in Round 10.

Uncapped ruckman Damon Robinson has also been added to the extended interchange bench while in-form Darcy Bailey has been sidelined due to an illness.

Adelaide has lost some significant firepower for its clash with Glenelg on Saturday.

Key forwards Mitch McGovern and Elliott Himmelberg have been called up to the AFL squad along with defender Jake Kelly.

Five development players – including co-captain Damon Hill – have been recalled to the line-up, which may change once the AFL emergencies are released on Friday.
