South too good on their home deck. First to the ball, clean disposal all day and much better tackling efficiency. Norwood were hopeless and looked disinterested from the get go, Will Abbott was one of the only Norwood players to play four quarters.

Always a good bbq at Noarlunga.

Pretty good crowd, just a shame the peanuts on the gate can’t work out how to get the cars out in a reasonable time.

Full credit to South but from what I saw we looked pretty disinterested

There's photos of Tyson Brown looking quite well on facebook in his hospital bed so it looks like he's OK.

Great win by South. :D
I thought they played well .
reading the previous posts it seems Norwood apparently didnt try and thats why we won.....,....fine.

All credit to the Norwood Training staff who helped out when the serious injury to Tyson Brown occurred, they along with the South medical staff ensured the lad had the best of care until the ambulance arrived. Glad to hear that he is doing well, because things certainly didnt look to good immediately after the injury occurred. The 3rd Quarter went for near on 59 mins, as the game was stopped until an ambulance arrived ,drove onto the ground and took Tyson to hospital.

Pleasing to finish of the minor round with good wins v WWT and NWD. Decent game to watch, nice and open with some good skills on display.

After a lean year hopefully today is the turning point for Haren. Will be an important target on AO. Huge game from Davis. I was his biggest critic last season, but has had a very solid year.

Fingers crossed for Brown. Has had a wretched run with injury and was having a 'career' best year.

Probably the best crowd @ Noarlunga since Good Friday.

Was at the game with the mini league, was the most eerie atmosphere at a game I've ever experienced when waiting for the ambulance. Absolute silence with the players first bunching up near the benches and then going back in the changerooms. Glad to hear he is OK.

Though South looked good and responded when challenged by the legs. Norwood looked off the pace but they certainly seemed to be running one way from stoppages a fair bit. Surman was solid up front. Thought the big South forwards all looked good- they'll be hard to contain on a dry deck at AO.
