Off to extra time in the Ressies semi final between Norwood and Sturt.
In the earlier game the Eagles got up by 7pts over the Dogs

A late Luke Surman goal in the 6th quarter saw the Legs prevail by 1pt and now head to the GF

Good win in the end. GF vs Eagles next week. Regardless of the result we have a good promising young core coming through. They can’t all be drafted can they?!

It's a strange feeling isn't it. Our only hope is Glenelg winning finals. We're f**ked.

The Panthers have some good size and skill about them and attack the ball hard. With the Eagles still in the ressies I reckon South are a big chance if they play like they did today.

Maybe the sun was in the attendants eyes and the scan went higher than initially intended.

Port V Crows Grand Final. The SANFL will promote it as a showdown. Crowds will be pretty good as both sides aren't represented in the AFL finals and the SANFL will herald it as a huge success. Meanwhile SANFL clubs supporters will be lamenting the day that the some SANFL sides voted for this and some didn't The vote was 6 for 2 against. Glenelg is the last traditional club playing finals so before Glenelg supporters start bleeting, you voted for it. SANFL submits all "power" to the AFL and that's pathetic. Our league is purely a recruitment stream for the AFL with drafts mid season end of season start of season rookie draft and any other stream they can engineer. So we're stuck with it. I wont be watching the gf cos I don't give a f*** I might wash the car instead.

:-({|= The SANFL has been a feeder comp long long before 17 AFL listed players had a run around together on any given weekend

Cmon Crows.

A Crows and Port GF is what this comp needs. Perfect reason to send both to the VFL.

Perfect day for the u/18 GF between South and the Eagles, same as last year.

Hoping to turn the tables this time.
