They’ll easily get that for the second game on Sunday you’d think.

In some very good news for South, Mark Noble will be a very welcome in having returned from Melbourne.

That's great news! Very skilful player and runs all day.

Doc do you know if Malcolm Karpany is playing this season? Somebody posted that he has left the club but I haven't seen the club confirm this.

I have no word. He was reported to be uncertain about playing a month ago. In this case, no news is good news.

Any thoughts on who it may be?

There is a very popular player who has been away with work of late. Would be a very big shock if it's him.

I originally thought it may be Richard Douglas but apparently the player has been playing in the SANFL. As someone suggested earlier, Petrenko sounds like a possible candidate.

Petrenko maybe?

Petrenko definitely not playing. Having trouble getting his body right, plus partner having their first child. Hope he gets his body right for a big finale next season.

Are they capping the crowd for the 1st week?

I imagine it could be huge crowds with no AFL and amateurs only starting the week after.
Could there be in excess of 20k wanting to attend?

Assuming a crowd of some number is approved..(at least 2000 logically) the next question will be if that is in total or per game, and if per game whether fans can be let out and admitted safely in between games to allow for that.
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

So are they emptying the stadium after the first game and disinfecting the seats?
