South have kicked 4.2 to zip in the final quarter but have they left it too late?

South blunder leads to a Partington goal. Overall replies quickly. 19 in it, about to hit time-on.

And that’s it, Bays win by 5 points.
Was a bit of a procession until the last quarter but credit to South for fighting it out

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Siren. Had a few 'half chances' in the dying moments, but couldn't level the scores.

Almost a repeat of the game last year when South lead by a decent margin only for the Bays to pinch a draw.

Entertaining game of footy overall.

A lot of goals from some suspect free kicks all game to South but credit to them for the comeback, hopefully a lesson learned for our boys.

Same could be said for Glenelg in the first half.

Running 25 metres.... got it at least 10 m outside the 50 m, then kicked it from inside 35, all without a bounce.

Balances the free kick South should’ve got for in the back in the goal square in the last minute.

You kicked one goal in the first half without the umpires help.

Where was that for the first 3 quarters? Great last quarter but just fell short at the end. Promising signs for the rest of the season.

I thought he took a bounce but I may be wrong. I will check later on digital pass.

Just checked the digital pass, he took a bounce when crossing the 50.
Anyway, good game and congrats on the win.

Fantastic fight back but sadly one good quarter of football does not win games.

Thought we were very average for three quarters of footy (awful disposal, decision making and skills). Keep chipping the ball around and over used the ball.

Last quarter, attacking, direct footy that put the Bays under pressure. Just wish this could of been done earlier in the game.

Hope it gives our young players some confidence in knowing they can take it right up to last years premiers.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Don't sell your mob short. They did not just take it up to last years premiers; they taught Glenelg a football lesson. They were dominant, winning every contest, beating Glenelg to every loose ball, doing to Glenelg what they had done to South for three quarters, only thoroughly.

I have never felt as deflated after a win.
