Play bad, still win. Take that all day every day. Sturt were undermanned with key players out but their attack on the ball couldn’t be questioned. They moved it quickly & made us look second rate numerous times. Sturt started the 3rd qtr with the first five scores to take a then game high 13 point lead.
The Bays followed with next 5 goals & despite Pink missing & Hosie turning a certain goal in to nothing, looked all but home at the 16 min mark off the last qtr. Sturt came back & hit the lead & it was only cool heads, two great passes on the their non preferred from McBean & Turner and the ridiculous gut running from Reynolds from the back pocket to get to the forward pocket & slot the winner that got us over the line.
More away support for Sturt than the West, WWT & Port supporters combined earlier in the season.
I’m thinking there’ll be a couple of changes before heading to Noarlunga.

Oh, don’t you start!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
