It seems a contradiction to me but I don't think Glenelg Oval suits Glenelg's style of play. They should be very comfortable at Adelaide Oval.

Agree with this comment, the best games ive seen us play have been on the bigger decks, smart coaching to design a game plan for bigger grounds even if it means you risk a loss or two at home doing so.

At least North destroyed the Bays chance of going undefeated in both senior grades. ;)
A fair upset with the 1 win 7 loss bottom North knocking off the top undefe5 Bays.

They'll need to amend the flag Tshirts now. :)

Have a look at the HTB decision that gifted North the win.
Staggering.

Staggering.

Just looked at it to see what you meant.
Was a very straight forward decision, textbook, Tried to bust through a pack and got caught.
Nothing close to as bad as some of the goals the Bays league side were gifted by that grey haired umpire in the small bits I saw.

The bigger question should be who the hell commentated the reserves, someone's senile grand parents? :?
First time Ive seen/heard some of a reserves game on the DP, is it always that bad?

north definitely came to play and looked good for the first qtr and a half, they also bought the rough tactics thinking that might work..............it didnt.

two things i did notice, no.9 only interested in hitting blokes and running away, and lewie hender playing for frees all day

There are reports on the interweb that maybe #9 shirked a few contests and had a preference for being 2nd to the footy. I may be wrong though.

What was good was having 14% more tackles than North. We wanted to do the hard yards to create turnovers.
