One thing I’ll say about my lot, they’ve got character in spades.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

The Royal Show must have started early this year; Norwood got a huge ride all day. Very sporting of the 'Legs to mitigate the advantage by squandering their chances in front of goal.

In the end one good quarter from the Bays was the difference. Plenty of work to do. In particular, delivery to the forward lines needs a lot of polish. Nor did I like the occasions when the Tigers kicked backward in switching the play. Cost at least one goal after turning it over having kicked it back into Norwood's forward pocket.

Still, minor premiers with two more dinkum games to come. Time to hone the swords...

Incidentally was that Puopolo who got stretchered off? What happened there - I'm assuming a knee or ankle went? Didn't look good; the trainers called for the stretcher as soon as they got to him.

5050 is the name of the lottery (most clubs do it, whatever the pool 50% to the winner 50% to the club)

1335 is the pool.

It’s when and where you get them ;) last quarter deep in 50 always helps. No one gets a ride like WWTFC

We showed some really good endeavour, just ran out of legs against a top opponent. Not many big blokes move as well as McBean.

Couldn’t get a better winters day for footy. Considering Glenelg are undefeated surprised we had at least 50% of the support there.

Say one thing about Glenelg this year they're never beaten (so far). You have to admire the grit, determination and resilience of the boys to keep working and supporting each other to get the W.

I thought Norwood came to play they worked harder than us for the first three quarters in getting to the contest to support each other and to spread from the contest to create options for them selves or if we had it to slow us down.

I thought Knoll won the rucks and gave them first use of the footy which told in the clearances.

The one saving grace I thought was that Norwood are spending a lot of petrol tickets in the first three and that in the last qtr we could be able to over-run them, fortunately that is what happened.

Sorry Jimmy your boys arent pea-hearts they just work so hard that couldnt sustain it. You’ll play finals and 78, 80 93 and 2010 have tought me never to underestimate your lot in finals

As an umpire I thought the umpiring wasn't that bad. Yes Norwood got the rub of the green but for he first three qtrs they were first to the footy and the essence of the laws is to protect the player who is making the ball who is making the footy his sole objective and to give him the opportunity to dispose of it.

My problem yesterday and for the past several years is the number of times we won the footy we tried to move it on but the opposition basically dragged it back in and we got penalised for HTB that happened 3-4 times. This also happened against North a few weeks ago. To me the AFL governors of the game need to do something about the 2nd man in who drags the ball back after the player who ahs won it done the right thing by moving it on. Fix this this anomaly up it would basically remove the one trick Robbie Young has in his game.

Also I though McBean could've got a few more holding free kicks.

To me the free kick count should have been more 33 22 Norwoods way

Every time we kick for goal they’d put up the post code of where the ball landed?
