21 years old, 176cm midfielder who won the Schluter Medal for the Barossa, Light & Gawler league in 2021. Harrison has good acceleration from stoppage and covers the ground well. Harrison will play against Port Adelaide tomorrow in our final trial game.

Sturt up by 2 goals with 5 mins to go in first half but failed to score after that.

Leading possessions
CD Trav Schiller 26, presbury 25, J Schiller 22, Barreau 19
ST Wilson 24, Carruthers 21, Thiele 19

For Central... teenagers Deakin, Whitelum, Gant and (son of Damien) Arnold look impressive.
Defensive group looked very organised.
Team definitely looks a lot taller this season.
Marcus Barreau looks set to become a top level SANFL player.
Trav Schiller is back to fitness level of 3 years ago when he polled so highly in the Magarey.

3/4 time at richmond, westies up 11.3 to 9.5. Bloody hot out there, the bloods look to be running harder in it.

As a Central supporter, I'm encouraged by the 3 trials,
the best part is that the new recruits have shown some really good signs, we've recruited much better than the past few seasons.
We've beaten Sturt & thrashed South & lost by 4 goals to last year's premier,
Yes, they're only trial matches but I'd rather win 2 out of 3, against quality sides, than lose them all,
fingers crossed.

I’ll agree the pre season games have been far more positive than negative.

I can’t help but think though we never use to win trial games during the dominance decade. It’s rare trial game mean a whole a lot but I would rather this team winning trial games rather than losing them.

Results of trial games generally mean nothing although for us hopefully it generates a bit of confidence in the boys .Will know a bit more in 2 weeks when the real stuff starts .

Yeah agree, I think out of all clubs our lads needed the confidence of a solid pre season campaign more so than any other club.
