I had to go to PAFC website (EEwww) to find out result of yesterdays trial match. Eagle won by 1 goal. Does anyone have a report of the "game" pleas?

A couple of our key talls sidelined at the moment so we are playing a relatively small side. Great opportunity for young players like Lukac to get some experience.

Anyone know if Lukas Cooke is still with the club? He was in the State U18 squad last year and as a promising tall forward thought he might have been given some opportunity in the league side during the trials. But I don't think I have seen his name in the league or reserves squads to date. Injured or has he left the club?

Another one in this list is West. Has he decided to go elsewhere?

Not sure. He's been at the club for a while now without ever being able to nail a sport in the league side. His first year with us was probably the best and I think I recall he got invited to the AFL State Screening. But for whatever reason his form has stagnated since that time. I've always rated him and think he could be a decent ruck at SANFL level if given the chance. But with us signing the big Seb this year (alongside Redden) and also promoting Lukac he'd likely spend another year in our reserves.

Maybe a player Centrals should seek to contact given many comments on this forum about a lack of tall ruckman?

Link to centrals line up.
Probably just the 4/5 potential league lads not playing:
Hoskin
Matt and Jaxon Neagle
Linke
Nietschke
Habel
Lange
Iles

Blake Launer in for his first hitout, whilst his brother continues in the ressies.
Interested to see if youngsters Dorizzi and Gant can continue from their impressive runs two weeks ago.

I believe Haylock may have done his AC joint on the weekend.
Has had a tough run with injuries over recent times.
Don't know where Knight is - Covid maybe???
