Cant see the Dogs getting up but IF South don't show up to play I've seen enough commitment, energy and attack on the ball to believe we could cause a mini upset.

Dogs need to be at 100% and South need to be having a bit of an off day.

What better way to start the SANFL season than a game between 2 AFL clubs in front of an AFL crowd?!

Quite the contrary: The season begins on the Saturday with 4 games being played over the course of that day. Perfect start to the season I reckon! 8)

True, it does at least leave the remainder of the round's games for the pure SANFL clubs.

It appears that Ben Jarman will not play for North until/unless there is a change on the Covid rules.

Otherwise and despite some indifferent trial form I think North have a strong list and should be around the mark

Would he even get a game? Seems like a similar case to CEY at the Lions, not really losing out on much...

He's in their best. Like many clubs big turnover this year. Played in their finals side last year. Has played 79 league games.

Just my 2 cents, the last 3 years, he's been in the best 7 times, kicked 16 goals. Only made the best once last year, I reckon he's replaceable - https://websites.mygameday.app/team_inf ... 6-25836103
