Looking forward to watching today on SANFLnow. Not sure who will commentate but hopefully they’ve read the Law book this week so they understand why certain decision are made and they don’t go off half c0cked like last week.

A tip watch the umpires they will help you commentate more accurately.

Looking forward to watching 2 dinkum teams on 7. (edit) as a bonus, Caddyshack is on before the SANFL telecast!

A tip: take advantage of the away scratch match to support your own club. Myself, just got back from lunch at the GFC.

Got the A team in commentary…. Theo D and Sam are good

Bays by 9 points our skill kicking for goals

We should be 3-4 as a minimum, not 1-5

Both teams having a dip around the contest

You’ve got to respect Sutcliffe pressure that he brings to each game.

Leads by example, he’s a typical Port wanker

Great game of footy, Ports pressure excellent making us over use the footy and turning it over.

Lucky we’re scrambling well to prevent them getting F50 entries 27:13 our way.

Port lead the tackles 36:27.

We lead by 2 pts Sutcliffe has been outstanding.

Up by 22 pt at lemon time.

We’re starting to control the footy lead +57 in marks and + 86 in possession.

This game should be dead but we know how to be inefficient and turn it over.

It’s why anyone who thinks we’re flag favourites is delusional especially the bookies

A comfortable 39 point win in the end, but gee did Port bring the heat, particularly in the first half. Hosie makes it ten goals from his two games against Port this year.

First time in history Port have lost every game at Alberton in a season

Pretty sure they won an internal trial earlier in the year.

Barring the first 10 minutes of the 2nd qtr, Glenelg dominated today but couldn’t reflect it on the scoreboard.
83 more kicks, 48 more handballs, 93 more marks, 16 more inside 50’s, 9 of the top 10 players for disposals.
Snook best on ground followed by Hosie who kicked 5, Murdoch & Bailey.
Nice drive back down Tapley’s amongst a sea of black & gold scarves hanging out car windows.

The first half mate you were very good in pressuring up and causing turnovers

Problem was that by pressing up you had no one as an outlet so it came back hence the F50 dominance we had.

Last half different story

Strange ol’ performance from the men in pink yesterday which upset both team’s supporters on numerous occasions.

Umpiring was OK, seems as if Port players decided to give instantaneous feedback on several occasions which didn’t get the expected reaction and prompted a high intensity effort to the bench for

Commentary was good though
