Two free kicks in the back and holding the ball yeah Nah it’s the Eagles…

HTB interpretation is comically one sided.

Perhaps they think this is Woody oval?

One for spelly - have the Bays ever held the Eagles scoreless in a quarter?

Wedgie - breeze strong, definitely favouring southern end, Bays will have it in the third.

Just a completely different attitude this week to what we've seen since the bye. Intensity and pressure excellent. Hope we can keep it up.

Glenelg have come to play today with the intensity from the first bounce.

But lets face it. We've just witnessed the most insipid performance in the first half from any team this season. Absolutely no excuses either as this is close to the eagles strongest team. There are 5-6 of our experienced players who have been skating on thin ice all season and who really need to be given a reality check with a lengthy spell in the reserves to see whether they still have the hunger to compete.

Horrific result so far for the Eagles. Not only will they be out of the 5 but their % will be trailing considerably which virtually puts them another game out of the 5.

Some absolute howlers in that 3rd term. And for all that the bays are leading the free kick count!

In all seriousness though, What’s been good today is that if in doubt we’ve got the ball going forward with a kick to give the forwards opportunities.

Lecks goal in the 2nd from a McBean soccer and then Bradley’s last goal in the 3rd where we’ve just attacked positively

Good, do you think they'll be OK on AO the way they play?
I'll be riding them home after hitting them hard at $7 last week.

Your young ruckman has been very good today.

Gave Redden an absolute bath in the first 20mins of the first quarter which was a big factor in the Bays smashing us at the clearances. Has been solid the rest of the match

I look forward to seeing Redden v Harvey in the ruck next week. It will be like watching 2 beached whales making love.

Good tough win, excellent response.
Tackling, harassment & pressure on the body was first class.
Don’t let the 4 goal final margin fool you, this was a 10 goal win.
