Both teams having a red hot crack with defensive pressure at a high level. Doesn’t lend itself to attractive viewing to the neutral though…but I get that whoever wins won’t give a continental about that..Can’t help but think Bays are robbing Peter by not playing McBean as a forward.
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Gee, Was that a point? Would it have hit the post? Was it a goal? How can we tell without having snicko, 7 camera angles, specialist ball trajectory experts, and for Armie a grade 2 physics graduate?

I know. Same as we have done for 120 plus years. Allow the goal umpire to do his job.

Our forward line can’t with the delivery they get, it like they’re reading two different play books

Last two Norwood goals from quick forward entries

Contrast that to Searle holding it up in the centre square 3 min ago.

Not his fault per se as he’s no orphan

Glenelg chose for most of the year to not play Hannath. They tried, Cole, Minchin, and as pinch hitters Pink and McBean. This has given every team with a decent ruckman a head start.

I assume Hannath will now pull the pin. Ruckman are hard to find. Good ruckman are few and far between. Boyd has been probably the best recruit of the year,

Yep. Snook missing hurt Glenelg badly. I thought Partington was very good and you got good rebound from your defenders Baily and Martini(?). Allen very solid. Hosie and Reynolds had quiet days. You have a very young side so a key recruit or two should see you right.

IF that was Bradley's last game the congrats on a great career.

Norwood well and truly too good for us today. Far better around the contests, ruck was just embarrassing and to finish us off, Panos did what Panos does and kicked two big last quarter goals. Bottom line we got exposed in the predictable areas. We still have a fairly decent side, and if we can fix a few things, the ruck being the obvious, then we'll be around the mark next year.
No Surrender!

Indeed, Norwood played the Bays well, good pressure on the ball carriers and contests all day. Bays not terrible but can't hope to win by playing 2 quarters. Genuine good wishes to the Legs for the rest of the finals series. Lord knows that a Redlegs premiership is not the worst result from here...
