I have noted in the last 3 games a reluctance to challenging the corridor/switch as much as we should imho. Our best users of the the football Hoskin Iles McLennan are in the backline let’s back them in to create.

It seems very much down the line and no risk atm. We are seeking a contest/boundary line on most occasions moving the ball forward. Which eventually leads to either a hack into the forward line or we work the ball back and kick long to an outnumber.

Fix our ball movement up and we are a good side imho


This season we are averaging 58pts a game, as opposed to the overall average of 68pts across all teams. Only Norwood are scoring less.
Our defence (4th best) is doing their job.
We have some talent in attack, but guys like Presbury, Grace and Munn need to be be utilised. Our most potent on Saturday were Anzac as an opportunist and Barreau & Whitelum, both who were alternating from wings.
