Big game for the dogs. We dont have a great record re: Noarlunga,

Doubles as the battle for the unofficial "Integrity Cup"

Interestingly since 2014 South have won 14 of the 20 matches between the clubs (with 1 draw).

Really do need Skinner, Clavarino and Draper back in the side.

Well you got your wish SB…the Dogs jumped South and had 4 goals on the board before the home side registered a score. Gaspar with 3 of those. South finally goaled at the 15 min mark and then had the better of the Dogs for the remainder of the quarter..Fitt with 3 the standout before Gaspar added his 4th after the siren . Dogs may rue not putting the foot on the throat when they had the chance.

A real arm wrestle in the 2nd qtr.. with South not making the most of some deep forward entries due to strong resistance from the Dogs tall defenders. 3 goals apiece in the quarter although the Dogs, with the use of what breeze there is, squandered attacking opportunities with poor options being taken at time, trying to be too cute rather than getting it in to the tall timber one on one. Maybe conscious of Skinner who has bolstered Souths defence. Arundell on a wing providing plenty of dash for south has stood out..
Big 3rd quarter coming up.. if South get their hands on it early they can put some scoreboard pressure on.. Dogs with a more experienced list will be hoping they run it out better than their young opponents. Dogs need more out of Barry and Dittmar in the second half..
