Saw the score of the Adelaide WWT trial from Friday,,just wondering if anyone saw the game .
Looks like the Eagles werent able to convert their chances kicking 5 13

Also half or more of the "regular" players were rested, and the game from the Eagles perspective was a try-out of developing fringe players

Just got home from lunch with family and noticed Norwood V Tasmania being streamed live on norwoods website

and having the league as a twilight game

West have moved their trial game on Saturday against North to 12:30pm.

I suspect the Dogs v Legs trial may see the same fate. Not sure they'll change it to later.

Dogs played 3 recruits, Annand rucked for almost the entire game and got better as the game wore on after being initially under the pump against Surman until the latter suffered a bad head knock (possibly cheek?) in the second. Kitschke played fwd and impacted many aerial contests in similar role to Hugo Munn. Adams showed he is a classy user of the ball from a wing.
What was impressive from the Dogs was the growth in some of our current playing list: Anzac Lochowiak and Max Monaghan were very good today, and may well have earnt Round one starts. Ollie Shaw down back in the Jezza role was calm and composed, fitting in with a well drilled back six.
Liddy, Sharp and Dittmar (b4 he was concussed in the 3rd) were excellent in the midfield.

Both teams had 5 or 6 first pick league lads out, but it's fair to say Nwds group looked underdone in terms of knowing each others game which would be due to a higher player turnover than the Dogs.
