Another flogging coming for South.

Wheels fell off a long time ago. Wright has no idea what he is doing and has no idea how to play attacking footy.

Board too scared to sack Wright will probably just offer him another 2 years and send out some more emails about change room improvements.

We wont get 8 goals again. Crowd will be 400 if you are lucky South supporters had a gut full just close the gates and sell the land for housing.

Quiet day at work, so had a look at the AFL games experience in the respective teams.

South Adelaide - 10 (Skinner, Clavarino)
Power Reserves - 794

South won the corresponding match last season by 12 goals. A reverse of this wouldn't surprise given South's form and the Power having 19-20 AFL listed players.

That South forward line isn't kicking more than 8-10 goals. Appreciate that Grocock has struggled to get a kick in recent times (2 goals in 6 weeks, after booting 13 in the first 4) but with 8 goals in his only two outings against Port I would persevered another week. Wilkinson also goes out, and yet Fitt remains in the twos.

Hard to get too enthused about this one. Watching my local hills team get done by 30 goals might be a better afternoon out.

Less than 12 listed, we get done by everyone
13-15 listed we go well against the bottom 4
16+ we're in it against most sides

Yep, it's always been a "lottery" from an opposition's perspective. Not ideal..

Serious question to Southies...what really is wrong with South? They appear to have an improved list than last year where we could see hope, however this year they appear without any direction or hope. Further to that supporters were told of a $30ml (???!!) grant to improve the Noarlunga facilities the story even got a run on channel 7 news then.......crickets, nothing, not a word. Is it the board, coach, something or a lot not right.

I make it about 18 AFL listed players plus a couple of top ups who’d get a game with any other club in the comp? Happy to be corrected but that being the case VERY well done Panters!!
