2007 Coaching panel announced

Joining Ron Fuller are Andrew Rogers as reserves coach, with assistant coach Nick Pesch, plus also joining the panel will be Sam Phillipou.

We are delighted to have such a strong coaching panel as we soar again in 2007 - See the Eagles Fly Up.

Membership packages with home match or season tickets will be great value for 2007 as it looks likely the SANFL will announce admission price rises for 2007 in the near future.

Premiership gear now available - polo shirts $50, T shirts $25, caps $25, premiers poster $3, stickers $2.50,
thunder sticks free.

Premiership Super Sunday November 5th at Woodville Oval - $25 entry - BBQ & 2 hour Drinks package plus entry into $1000 draw - all welcome - book at club or at the door.

Premiers dinner at Footy Park Nov 10th at 7pm - tickets available now from the club $100 per person - call to make a booking.

Great to see all the ex-Eagles players back at the club in a coaching role. Especially good to see Andrew Rogers as Reserves coach.

Happy with the appointments in general.

However just feel that it is too Eaglecentric, would prefer that one of the assiatants comes from another SANFL club, an ex player interested in coach like a McKabe ( sorry if spelt wrong ) etc.

Sometimes working at "Home" can be too comfortable.

Personal opinion

As the guys have been away from the club and experienced other aspects of footy I believe do offer other perspectives not just from within - appreciate where you are coming from though Once Were Warriors.

I think it would be pretty good. I always thought of him as a smart and clever forward as opposed to a big bash and crash type so he should be good for our forward line. Hopefully he can improve our goal kicking so we can actually kick more goals than points in important games next year!!!
