NORWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB - FOOTBALL OPERATIONS MANAGER

"This newly created position is accountable for all football activities including:

Recruitment, development and management of the player group on and off the field;
Close liason and support to the Senior Coach and the Club coaching panel;
Administration of all Club football activities;
Heading a small focussed team to ensure that all operational and financial targets are met.

The ideal person will possess a sound knowledge of Australian football and will be determined to help the Club achieve sustained success.

Outstanding organisational and communication skills, high energy and an ability to develop strong relationships will be well regarded.

Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
