We've had a few threads on who will be renewing their membership for 2007.

Now's a chance to put your money where your mouth is.

When you have sent in the note with your credit card number, and put the stamp on the envelope and dropped it in the letterbox (or renewed on line @ some clubs!) then, and only then, feel free to add your name to this list.

In MY opinion members on this list will then be able to end any arguements on the net...

what a load of wank.

pay when u want

you shouldnt have to boast about ur passion. If u r passionate u know it deep down and dont have to "prove it".

Empty cans make the most noise.

Nor ban a user for an acceptable topic of discussion.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

those who are strong about somthing dont need to boast about it.

I have no problem with the sharing of different badges and so on however give me a break if its trying to prove somthing.

Once again, you are completely missing the point, but also, once again, i dont want to turn the thread into an irrelevancy.

The point of the thread is that i am encouraging as many people from as many clubs to sign up. A healthy SANFL benefits everybody.

P.S. The title is Proud, Passionate, AND Paid up.

Feel free to start another thread "Two out of three so far aint bad"

Be thankful he didn't start one titled "Proud, Passionate, and circ or snuffy?"

BTW spelly, that Eagles badge is quite impressive. Better than the gumball-machine trinkets that come with a GFC membership.

I used to be slack and sign up in the last week before Round 1 but usually sign up in December these days as North give away $1000 to one of the members that sign up before Xmas as an incentive.
No online membership payments yet but with North you can ring them up these days and quote a credit card number over the phone and they'll send it out to you.
2007 memberships aren't out yet but should be soon.

In regard to the Eagles keyring/badge, North went to a keyring for 1 or 2 years but got complaints as members wanted the badges back.
Personally I'd prefer a keyring as its always on me and doesn't ruin clothing!
Punky will be happy there's green in it, ironic that the one colour the Eagles and Woodville shared is hardly on it though.

I prefer the keyring too as well. Don't get me wrong, love the badges as well!
I had to show my members badge when I went in to the club after the grand final - which I didn't realise... and I'm glad I had my keys on me!

The Eagles have had a key ring as long as I can remember. Dad always had them on his keys even during the 80's. I like the idea of the key rings, but the last few the Eagles have produced look bloody ordinary! At least there is no Angry Eagle this time! I usually sign up just before the start of the season (usually the time whether I decide whether I can be bothered playing footy or not) so I can choose whether to include a season ticket.

Got the membership details yesterday.

Will most likely upgrade from the standard membership to the Portonian membership this season. Its a lot more expensive but its got decent stuff attached to it.

Theyve also got a pledge set up where you can pledge money for every win the club has during the season.
