is he a cancer to the West Adelaide F.C.
sure he loves the club but is it time for him to step down and let the 21st century reach richmond oval .
imagine early 80's havin one of the best sides and only winning only 1 flag ....
only one person cant respond to this "KG ""

His age shows sometimes. During the reserves finals were played at Richmond Oval, people had to pay, while at other grounds no-one did, eg 1st week Eagles Res. v Central Res. @ Unley with no fence up, no enter fee. 2nd week Eagles v other team, enter fee. How do explain this.

He is and has been part of the furniture at Richmond for a long time....only his own coffin will take him away from Milner St.

Growing up around the club like i have doug has been there. I feel Doug has been there a little too long but what can you do Doug is the Club. People can try to get rid of him but he will still be there. If Westies win a flag Doug might retire but i dunno. I respect Doug but i do feel it is time to move on, Doug is staring to show his age but as long as the Red and Black blood is running through doug's veins Doug will run the club.

... and the club will continue to stagnate

I think so but i have no idea if he can be. Someone might have a better idea than me but it is a very touchy subject
