Picked up the Advertiser to read the gossip and no mention on the 3 players

CLAYTON
------------
Jeremy CLAYTON was according to the radio and by a Port official reported
against WWT.
Ive chatted to a couple of PA barrackers and betwen 2-5 weeks is likely
No mention in the Doug Robertson article[he is the best writer by a mile]
Doug is always on the ball, but no mention ????????????????????????????????

STEINBERNER
-----------------

Is he having a shoulder operation in May ????????????????????????????????????
According to Warren Partland he quotes " here are some names to ponder-"
Included in those names is STEINBERNER [names mentioned as injured etc and to come into the team]
Is he having the op, or is Partland not privvy to that information
But then again he did say CD would miss the 5 two years ago, and they won the flag !!!!

WIGGINS
------------

No mention of his performance on saturday.

There were 12 pages dedicated to the AFL
I suppose with only 2 pages allocated for the SANFL thats all we could expect

Mal, wouldnt you think 'the best writer by a mile' might have picked up on an incident that Port supporters are suggesting may cost Clayton 2 or more games. After all, why would you bother mentioning a key player and a former Magarey Medal winner being reported.
