I can remember being ridiculed by several learned people both on here and footysa.com for criticising my mate PhilH for confidently predicting Sturt wouldn't finish with the Wooden Spoon in 2007.
trevhill goldendynasty etc.
Where are you now?
Rick Macgowan has given our struggling Club a new vitality, sense of positivity and a direction.
The Baby Blues may take 2 or 3 years to win the Holy Grail but gee it's been an exciting few weeks at Oxford Terrace

It feels good to prove people wrong. More good times ahead for the Blue Boys.

An exciting few WEEKS? Can't begin to imagine what this will be like if they are still top in June.
Fortunately, we won't have to imagine. By this time in 6 weeks, they'll be sliding back down. Macgowan has had a great start, but Rome wasn't built in a day, and Chambers won't keep kicking bags of 8 every week.

"Renaissance" would indicate that we've arisen from the grave. We're three rounds in, let's not get too carried away.

We didnt play well yesterday. Surely we are entitled to 1 bad game. Congradulations to all the fans that endured the conditions. You are true supporters.
