STUART BOWN

BOWN walked off the ground before half time with heart palpitations NW V NA
and took no further part in the game.
BOWN in the past has a history with his heart ailment and his career maybe in jeopardy ???
Can Norwood or any club afford to play a suspect player in a game of footy???
BOWN has undoubted ability evidenced by his representation in the AFL for the Crows.
Ive followed and supported his career, and marvelled at his achievements playing with this problem
BUT

Is it the end ?

Bad luck for him and hopefully he can come back from it. He was playing very well to that point too.

Is it the same condition Nathan Eagleton had surgery for and has since played on successfully?

He must be OK, said in the paper today Norwood would look at him for this Friday night's game against the Dogs.
Glad he's OK.

Brodie Lomas' heart condition is fairly well documented and I believe he plays not covered by insurance at his own risk because no insurers will insure him. Maybe that has changed this year, but I thought I read somewhere this was the case when he came back towards the end of last season.
