Interesting this is after the AFL game - thus you can get to see the best U18 and U20s for free at AAMI if you aren't already there attending the Crows game - may be difficult to get close going against the crowd as they leave.

Not the best Under 20's - those who are playing League who were in the original squad have all mysteriously dropped out - except for Summerton as Port have the bye. Seems a very unusual time to play the game. :?

There is a pretty even spread of U19 and U20 players in this squad - is that normal? I would have thought the majority would be U20 due to the extra year of growth and conditioning.

So are the players in both the squads out of action for their SANFL clubs this weekend if they're not playing league? Seems a large chunk of the usual reserves team is missing for the Eagles.

When is the U18 carnival?

I think it's silly having it after the game, why not have them as curtain raisers. It would have been better having the u/18 v u/20 as a curtain raiser instead of a heap of 'supporter groups' walking around the ground and some no-name singer miming a couple of songs.

ignorance is no excuse

the reason why the game was played after the crows game is .........

the teal cup game against vic country will be played at the same time at the same ground after guess what after an afl game

also vic metro had a trial game yesterday morning therefore all scouts could watch that game then get back over for our trail game
