Here's the secret behind Glenelg's win, they used a black ball, North's eyes didn't adjust till the last quarter!!! :lol:

the centre of the ground looks terrible??? was it that bad to play on or just looked bad?

Yeah it was shocking but had no influence on the game, it didn't seem to trouble either side that much, mind you I did say to Ian at one stage when the ball was stuck in there for a while that they should do what they do in the mini league and get the umpire to bounce it 20 metres away on the grass. :lol:
North were spoilt last week playing on Alberton, the best surface in the state.

the centre cricket pitch area was very muddy
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

the rest of the ground was great though, amazes me why they dont roll and cover the pitches, they have all the equipment from cricket season

If you were a Glenelg footballer would you take the covers of a cricket pitch???? Its hard enough to get cricketers to take the buggers off during the cricket season
