SANFL rumours true or false ???

Postby mal » Sun Jun 17, 2007 11:43 pm

Just some gossip, some accurate some ???

JOSH MAHONEY
----------------

Not happy at Port Power ?
Should be in Glenelg colours but.......
May quit all footy for 2007 ????
[Was in the Port Power box today so who knows ]

PLAYER V COACH
-----------------

The ol' player not getting on with the coach thing.
Only room for one of them at the club next year perhaps
He is a very good footballer in my opinion.
Not Port Adelaide.

JEREMY CLAYTON
------------------

Coach is not happy with JCs spate of on field indiscretions.
Ginever disliking the 25/50 metre penaltys he gives away
Source informs me that JC has been asked to do an anger management course.

BAYMAN
---------

Spreading a rumour that Glenelg can make the 5

Can only confirm the last rumour 100% the rest hmn.....

A rumour out of Melbourne is that Camporale is leaving to come back to Adelaide and play a couple years at WWT.

Rumour has it a certain SANFL coach has told players who don't support the coach or club that they can leave the club and go elsewhere.

You could have Sheedy, Malthouse, Matthews etc., etc., ALL coaching West at the same time & it would not make an ounce of difference. Quite simply, if the players are not good enough, as they obviously aren't, then you just have to sit back & tough it out with what you have, until they get better skills over time.

I believe Mahoney being in the Power’s coaching box (while the Bays were playing) gives us an indication he will retire.

Isn't Skipworth over in Melbourne with the Bendigo Bombers at the moment. I think so. According to him, Camporeale is coming back here.

If that is the case with Mahoney, then its dissapointing. However his two games with glenelg this year have been barry crockers.
