Help with a photo?

Hey all, I have "accidently" deleted my only photo of Norwoods 1997 banner, my crowning glory of 20 years cheer squadding, while showing my daughter today, wonder if anyone has a copy to share?

I have never tried this but if you google "recover deleted files" you get things like this
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.htmlmight be an option.

I tried a few different programs this arvo all to no avail, but thanx heaps anyway.
