Do some clubs report more injuries than others?

Lately I've been noticing that the dogs don't seem to name any injuries until it's obvious the guys are going to miss games. Recently Wilson, J. Gowans, Ware and on Saturday Slattery all had obvious injuries, but to date no word on any of those guys being hurt. Wilson even missed with his in the end! On the flip side, one club in particular seems to list all these sorts of injuries. Does anyone else think/know there are different philosophies on reporting players' injuries and is there any advantage or disadvantage in this?

graham, the injuries are reported immediately after the game on the Team Manager's report to the league.
It's in 2 parts - injuries where the player was injured during that day's match and longer-term injury progress.
It's sometimes difficult to decide who should go on the list so soon after a game and it might depend on who is giving the update. Some clubs list all injuries at the Club, including Reserves players, some don't, hence the difference in numbers.
