Yes, if he did his hammy, but often a player can have a hamstring problem on the day that isn't a muscle tear and resolves itself over the next several days.

Are you saying he's soft in that he "felt" his hamstring and didn't really want to push it so he sat the game out on the bench to avoid the embarrassment of being a aprt of an 85 pt loss??? :D :D :D

He would have been annoyed at coming off, I would think, having kicked 4 goals to that stage.

Perhaps so, but Luke Cowan's season-ending bruised shoulder shows you can't get too simplistic about injury reports.

with hargy out of form and some rumblings at port who is going to kick the goals?

Good question. Needs to be a even load with the goals from now on. Though I think this will mean Jezza will play in the forward pocket more, where I think he is wasted a bit, especially with Elstone now looking like having 12 months in the stands, he needs to play in the middle.
