What was then called the AFL, folded 10 years earlier due to the constant spending on keeping Victorian clubs afloat. The Victorian clubs were all admitted to a new VFL. The Adelaide Crows were liquidated and money disrtributed to the SANFL and its affiliated clubs. The Port Adelaide Power were liquidated but the money just covered its debts.

In the country's best football league, the SANFL, an old rivalry from before the turn of the millenium is rekindled where the grand final is contested between the Nor East Redlegs and the Newport Magpies.

The winner to take on the North Melbourne Blues from the VFL for the Champions of Australia.

Central play in the Barossa league as Galwer spreads to Nuriootpa and the rest of suburban Adelaide has built a wall,it runs from Torrens Island,through Gepps Cross to Mt.Barker.

I guess one of these could happen,but it aint West V South!
