well the WEED is out at Broadspectrum and the strong mail is that the Pieman will be gone from arctic park,
will they swap jobs?????????

I tend to think westies new coach will come from over the border.We need someone with a win at all cost mentality.Someone that has never been at the club before.

Westies should advertise Australia wide for our next coach and hire him before we start negotiating with recruits and we need to give someone a three year contract. We have a chance to improve on field which will improve results off field.

I suggest you research the coaching record (at Glenelg) of both Peter Simmons and Brenton Honor, and indeed every bloke who has suffered the misfortune of coaching the Bays from 1995 to the end of Simmons' tenure.
You might be surprised to find out who had the best record over this period.
