Just making sure they don't end up with Pyman I think...

But seriously he has done OK. They've slowly improved and are on the fringes of finals footy.

Lewis would not have achieved that. What a **** that was! Made Knights look like an Oatey!

I think Lewis did very well as coach. Took Norwood from 4 wins and 9th, to 9 wins and 6th. If it wasnt for the 0-5 start.....
It was unfortunate that his media career is more important than his aspiring coaching career.
With Hill it will be a matter of time will tell and I trust the club have made the right decision.

Fatal, you're an astute poster but I disagree with your thoughts on Lewis mate

Get a clue, Lewis was a very promising coach. Wasn't afraid to make the tough calls.

Get a clue... LOL!

Norwood took on a bloke who's focus was not 100% on the job required. It was barely 10% on the job. He didn't come cheap either, I'm sure.

Therefore I stand by my comments that appointing Lewis was a cock-up.

We did it with Knights. Jars is heading the same way at North. No shame in it.

You might get improvement, but you won't get success unless your coach is 100% committed.
