With an average home attendance over well over 4,000 Bosvit, Sturt hardly need to play tricks like that my friend.

I hate to agree with you MSTbut you could be right but there just may be a bit of interest from a few "peeved off" South supporters to boost the numbers to just over 1K to see how their team responds now Pyman has gone.
I can remember a league game around 1980 (Woodville Vs. South or West? again cue spelly!) at Woodville and it was highlighted on the news that night about the poor crowd and they showed a shot of a player in the main game having to climb the fence to retrieve the ball!
