Who gives a F*ck. Can't do any damage from 4th. Well if you had a positive winning culture that accepted nothing less that success you could but if North had that they wouldn't finish 4th with the talent they have.

I reckon Nick Gill will not be eligible to play in Rd23 if the Crows lose tomorrow night. He will be eligible for the finals though.
Only way Nick Gill can play Rd23 is if the crows win and drop him 1st week of afl finals.
Stand to be corrected though.

It is why we didn't have Douglas, Logan and Willetts in rd 23 last year. Mind you that is not the reason why we missed the finals
