South didn't play in the finals from 1941-1963
Woodville didn't win a finals match until 1986.
That's two that come to mind immediately.

Woodville didn't win a finals match until 1986.
That's two that come to mind immediately.
However, Woodville did win a final in 1986 meaning that they did not go longer than Central between finals wins.
