Anyone on here have trouble with Foxtel last night? We had to put in a PIN every channel change and a heap of channels dropped out.

Heard there's a bit of weird stuff going around with Foxtel. My signal wigged out the other week, and after a thrilling session on their live chat widget, they sent a replacement box

After resetting it twice and having to enter the PIN in each channel change it seemed to fix itself overnight.

I have been researching it and there are a few people in my situation. Thankfully it seems to be resolved without me having to interact with them.

if you do end up having to go down the live chat route, just tell them you've done everything they've suggested, then they give up and give you a replacement.

Just ironing out all the bugs hopefully so the ashes telecast isnt interupted :shock:
