I thought all of the "winners singles" were originals written for them, maybe we heard wrong?

Reece's was too poppy for him, needed to be harder rock
Andrew's was perfect for him, as was Johnny's for him
Reece would make a great lead singer for a hard rock band

Although Reece's is called 'Good Night', a mate of mine mentioned it sounded very similar to Pink's 'Raise Your Glass', which is why I thought it was a cover.

Agree with what you've said about the performances though.

Johnny is the first act gone in the final

Final 2 is Reece v Andrew

Not fussed who wins, I'll be happy either way.

Exactly what A Dad said...lol.

Worthy winner - hope he goes far - also hope he 'keeps his head' and doesn't go off the rails.

Firstly, Congrats to Reece, nice to see an adeladian win something :D

Dont think he will get big headed mum. I think guy mentoring him was a fantastic way to start his career. Guy being relatively young himself when he won idol would have been the perfect role model for reece and would certainly have drummed into him the importance of respecting the industry.

Looking forward to watching this kid shine, really is a natural vocalist.

Come on he is pretty ordinary really?

Good entertainer and stage presence but nothing to wrie home about. Another show just how lacklustre our music talent is here.
