I was attempting to download an old movie and finished up with "The Love Guru".

My goodness, stay away from it. I turned it off after 40 minutes so I can't comment on the rest of the movie but the first part was tripe.

Saw Hancock when i was in New York great movie. Also saw Will Smith on the letterman show very funny guy and was very friendly with the audience during the ads.

One of the funniest docos ever is
Heavy Metal Parking Lot
Filmed around the carpark in Washington D.C.'s Capital Centre back in 1986
before a JUDAS PRIEST concert on their 'Turbo Tour'
Sad as some of these clowns looked, remember the Aussie Metal scene back in the 80's wasn't
as f*#ked up as that eh!

Watched The Departed for the first time last night.
Absolutely loved it.
I'm normally good for picking plot twists, but this one had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.
Jack Nicholson is a f*cking legend.

OMG that's a(n unintentionally) funny film. Feels like a Christopher Guest movie, right up until the bit where he gets eaten. For real. Still waiting for the Steve Irwin version...

Saw The Orphanage last night - scary in all the right places. Excellent, clever horror film. If you liked Pan's Labyrinth...

Saw Indiana Jones. Didn't like it. I understand that they made it different (completely unrealistic over-the-top action) but I thought the acting and dialogue of both Harrison and the female character with Indy was poor.

Bad Blood

Jack Thompson is Stan Graham, a Kiwi who snaps and goes on a bloody rampage, shooting seven people dead.

One of New Zealand's biggest manhunts.

Based on a true story...

A lot of very bad Aussie comedies came out around the same time.

You and Your Stupid Mate probably takes the cake...
