Impressed with 7mate so far, as watched the Anchorman on Saturday night (late) and When we were kings on sunday, which I've never actually seen before . Noice 8)

Every time I turned over to GEM it was showing oldy mouldy movies.

i switched the tv on last night and seen this GEM, couldnt figure out what was happening.

Agree with you FC, seemed to contain alot of older TV shows and movies. Could be alright though, ill give it some time.

Considering GO is nothing short of awful, I don't expect much from Gem.

While the ABC, SBS, 7 and 10 have done a great job with their multi-channelling, 9 have totally botched their attempt at multichannelling.

I reckon GO is the best of the lot.
Suppose it depends of age and personal preference!!

When will Fox be adding them to their channels?

Hasn't Ten already cornered that market?

Already on Fox. However, as 7mate and Gem are HD channels you will require iQ2 to watch them

An article in the Advertiser this week mentioned a local show from Channel 44 (old Channel 31), a kids animal show, that would be joining this new station.

I only really watch GO and Eleven.

GO at one time was showing Greenacres, Charlies Angels, Married With Children, Dukes of Hazard, Get Smart and even The Flinstones. I'm not sure any of these are still showing.

Eleven has Family Ties, Happy Days, and a few others that I quite enjoy.

I watch Eleven a lot, my only gripe is that their lineup has been the same for a long time now, and Family Ties is on its second repeat showing now, some Happy Days on their third, and Brady Bunch also on their third. Roseanne and Cheers have been great, but also on the second run of Roseanne now. Would be good to see some different stuff introduced now.

I guess the problem is that most of the old favourites have been picked up by the other digital channels, there may not be a lot of other options. Perhaps Fantasy Island, Charles In Charge, Good Times, My Favourite Martian could be options for them.

Surely they destroyed Charles in charge?
