Wasn't that film a little gem? Went kicking and screaming to that one but I absolutely loved it! Best of its kind.

Thought 'Control', the Ian Curtis flick was pretty good recently.

Agreed. Saw this last week and it's very well done.

Blood Diamond is excellent. Actually I like African themed movies. I.E. Power of One, a oldie but a goodie. Under Fire.
Syriana
Rocky movies all good.

Went and saw Atonement. While billed as a chick flick, thought it was very good

Yep, agreed, I was very excited by the concept as its one of the best scenarios for a storyline that really interests me but it was basically just a zombie movie, not a sci fi.

Isn't that one by the Coen brothers ?

I loved Fargo and Oh Brother Where Art Thou and was wondering if it is anything like either of them.

Would this be a remake of the old '70s Charlton Heston flick "The Omega Man"?

IIRC that was based on a story titled "I Am Legend". I never read the story, but always liked Omega Man.
