The reunion show was weird, not just because Brandon didn't get a mention. It was the first time I can recall the non-jury players not getting to go on stage - kinda disrespectful. Esp when they give maximum time to oxygen thief Phillip, Boston Rob and some girl in the audience with braces.

Speaking of teeth, I reckon what Brenda did to Dawn in tribal was one of the most mean-spirited things I've ever seen. I'm no fan of Dawn but that was pretty humiliating - pity she folded and gave in to Brenda, who was clearly never going to change her vote, just wanted to exact revenge

Yeah, very interesting that they only had the jury on stage. I recon it was all to do with keeping Brandon out of it without making it obvious that's what they were doing.

Happy with the humiliation of Dawn. She was lying through her teeth, so Brenda made her prove it.

I don't like Dawn but I couldn't believe how much of a sore loser Brenda was. I reckon she's hot as but I remember the last time she was on she was pretty arrogant and a bit of a sore loser and obviously she hasn't matured much since then. She spat the dummy when she got voted out and tried to turn the final tribal council into a big thing about her. Trying to humiliate Dawn by asking her to take her fake teeth out was low.

I thought it was pretty obvious they didn't have the others up on stage at the reunion show so as to cover that Brandon was banned from attending. In the lead up Russell was paying out Phillip on twitter saying he heard Phillip won't be attending because he's too scared. Thankfully I don't think we'll ever see any of the lunatic Hantz family on Survivor again.

Cochran was clearly the best player all season and a deserved winner.

the funny thing with Brandon is he said what everyone else was thinking at the time, but unfortunately for him thats not how to play the game

Agreed, that's exactly what they have implied will happen.

Seems they will go with 8 or so pairs, and then split the pairs so that 1 from each is on each tribe.
Then at the merge the question becomes do you stick with your tribe or pair up with your family again.

Don't know how you could have no strategy talk on Survivor, thats what the whole game is about!!

That was the undoing of Garrett in the end!

Yeah, keeping up with it.
Was interesting at the last Tribal.
Surprised Tony didn't play his idol to save the bird that went and allow them to vote out Woo.

Great to see they all hate each other but won't vote out those that are mean as they want to sit next to them at the end.

Yeah, it felt like they didn't have quite enough footage so were padding it out. A lot of the scenery shots ran longer than normal too.

FORMER Survivor contestant Caleb Bankston has died after he was crushed between two rail cars when the train he was riding on derailed.

TMZ reports the 26-year-old, who appeared on last year’s Survivor: Blood vs. Water, was “checking on something in the small space between two of the cars when the train went off the tracks.”

Police reportedly said the rear car slammed into the forward car with Bankston caught helplessly in between.

Bankston was working on the Alabama Warrior Railway in Birmingham, where he was a train engineer and conductor.

The Birmingham News reports that he was standing on the ladder of a hopper car and directing an engineer who was backing up a train when the car suddenly derailed.

The derailment threw Bankston from the train car and the car fell on him - crushing him.

yup, watched it, really enjoyed it.

Was happy with the winner, though I'm not sure they played a perfect game.
Certainly made some big moves, but their last IMO was just for the sake of making a big move, and if anything, actually weakened their possie from a guaranteed seat at the final three, to a spot where they required votes from people they hadn't been aligned with. Those people then made the mistake of keeping her. Their mistake won her the game, not her good gameplay.

Good to see they scrapped the walk of remembrance this season. Pity they didn't interview a few more at the reunion. Would have liked a close up on Rocker's misses.

New series certainly looks interesting.
