I sat in on a breakfast show at MMM and he is the grumpiest bloke I've ever seen.

I haven't heard much about this but I'm assuming he's going to be the new Bob Francis?

At home with the Ruccutios is hilarious and some of the DSL stuff he does but other than that a lot of his stuff comes across as awkward and political.

I wouldn't have thought that Jon Blake would have a TalkBack show to himself, like Bob did. I'd imagine he will be with brekky like he was before and just chime in every now and then...

Jeremy Cordeaux finishes up this week. I thought that was surprising that the station would boot him.

I've heard he's getting a 2-3 hour spot to himself, might take the afternoon shift of Cordeaux.

Thought I heard that the station was looking at going down a different path for that time slot but offered him another spot which he declined

Rowe and Bickley return for drive time sports show from 3-6pm.

Following them from 6-7pm will be Kane Cornes and Ben Hart on a Crocmedia show called "Sportsday".

Hedging their bets here 5AA...I reckon they will consolidate to which team has the better ratings half way though the year.
They desperately need to change the drive show to Bickley and Kane Cornes.

You the same one that is played on regional radio from 5-6 pm (5 MU. 5 AU and 5 CS).

Five pre-recorded 5 min "discussions" interspersed by 2 songs and ads.

Has been done by T Rehn, Rucci and Cornes for the last two years and I actually don't mind it.

Haven't listened to AA since Bone got boned.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

He wasn't exactly Melbourne Cup standard to start off with, more Quirindi maiden.

I don't think he deserves an hour of rambling.
Some of his work is suited to AA but I think by going to MMM and coming back he doesn't have that base he may have had previously.

Met him last year. He seems like a man who would be hard to work with, as talented and creative types often can be.
