Underbelly: Badness

Postby Gozu » Tue Apr 17, 2012 5:20 pm

Filming has begun on the fifth installment in Nine’s crime series, Underbelly: Badness.

Shot on location in Sydney and set from 2001 – 2011, Underbelly: Badness stars Jonathan LaPaglia as underworld figure Anthony Perish.

A Press Release indicates “Perish maintained an almost non-existent public profile, which was only revealed when his connection to the murder of Terry Falconer, a former inmate of Sydney’s Silverwater jail, brought him to the attention of Strike Force Tuno, formed to find Falconer’s killers.

Was prepared for the worst but both myself (and Mrs Lindner) were pleasantly surprised, Looks far more promising than the previous couple of efforts.

I thought it was pretty average. Has the potential to be good, but that episode wasnt very enjoyable. I think itll pick up once the big bikie dude gets more screentime.

I thought it was decent really.

Season 5 the potential for disaster is high.

The first 1 or 2 episodes are always a little bit boring because they've got to set the whole story up but should pick up when it gets past that.
