Thats exactly the required burden of proof to hang draw and quarter him.
For cousins and swan - its a tough one. If they are caught and suspended then I think they should not be eligible for the brownlow. If they make admissions after their career is over, thats a different thing - especially if the drugs were recreational and not on the wada banned list
