There will be a wildcard round in the next few years. Just depends on whether it will be 6th-10th placed sides into a final 8 system or will they go real out there and make it 10th-12th with a final 10 in preparation for when there is 20 teams.

Its' going to happen one way or another.

AFL has too many meaningless games in the back half of the system which would be reducing TV viewership. Have more games with consequences = more tv viewers = larger tv rights. Simple math.

I'm glad I'll be clocking out at the right time in life, everything was better in the 80's and 90's, probably better before that era too.
