With the department being in a strong development stage your role will encompass many HR aspects as well as a strong administration component.

Your role will consist of but not be limited to:

- Internal Recruitment
- Implementing new processes and procedures to help the smooth running of the AFL
- Arranging work experience and graduate programs
- Boosting the employment brand of the AFL
- Liaising with associated football clubs
- Management of the intranet and internet career pages
- Training and inductions
- Administrative duties
- Exit interviews


The role of this HR Coordinator will be one of great importance. It takes someone with initiative, drive and a true passion for HR to do well at this role.

You are in the final years of studying for your diploma/degree or have completed it with great expectations of what your career will hold. Those fundamental years you have spent in HR have set you up to be perfect for this role.
