just on the dane swan topic IMO his touch's never hurt the other side his like cross and west not for 1 second am i saying he cant play but at the end of the game players such as cross west and now swan would have 30 plus touchs yet no1 would've noticed them yet ablett, judd and it kills me to say but goodes have that first 10 15 meters of explosive pace that leave opp. in there dust and thats what stands out but again this is just my opinion.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........

I reminded us last year of this too - always remember the umpires vote on the best and fairest on the day. You never know when a blemish on the "fairest" side may have offset an obvious best on ground.

I don't know what they would use as a strike to cancel out Brownlow votes but every year there's question marks over certain games and that may be the explanation.

Him Saying R. Nahas was also humerous..

I hate how he tries to make things more exciting to when he is like "St Kilda. L..................................Montagna"

I dunno how dane swan didnt get more votes.

once gary ablet had won it was like speed reading tho

38 possessions one game and couldn't snare a vote.

Maybe the umpires don't like the tattoos!

I hear this morning that Fev's behaviour only got worse later on , why doesn't that surprise me.

Street talk will be interesting this week, Fev's doing it at the Brownlow, he was kicking goals by round 15 in the count.

It won't be interesting as it looks like it won't be shown, that bad that Channel 9 look like ditching it from their GF show....

Carlton's Brendan Fevola faces axe from Grand Final edition of Channel 9's The Footy Show after drunken Brownlow antics

How's Sandy Roberts's form too slipping in network advertising.

He asks Ablett a silly question completely out of left field "Which sportsman would you most like to meet?"
Ablett is unsurprisingly dumbfounded.
"Maybe Tiger Woods?" Roberts hints.
Roberts then takes the opportunity to say that he may get his chance as Woods will be here for the Australian Masters. Funny that, Channel 7 is covering it!

Opportunism knows no bounds.

Sorry to bump this, but was looking at the odds for 2010 Brownlow Medal with interest in Ben Cousin's price.

Apparently Matthew Clarke is paying $126. What year did he retire?
