Why the hell do they call it a rookie draft if a 33 yo that's been at several clubs can be picked up in it?

Reckon Nick would be looking to a) Get over to Melbourne where his brother is and b) possibly only consider playing AFL if he were to snag a position on the senior list .. Not sure he'd be keen on a Rookie spot.

Maybe the Bulldogs will give serious consideration to claiming him via the PSD??
